Quality Evaluation Analyst with Russian and English

Main Responsibilities :

• Review and evaluate the performance of sales agents by conducting regular quality audits of their interactions and transactions;
• Monitor compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and project guidelines;
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching points to help agents improve their performance and overall service quality;
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement;
• Prepare reports and analysis based on audit findings and share insights with management and relevant stakeholders;
• Collaborate with team leaders and training teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

• Experience in quality assurance, auditing, customer support, or sales operations;
• Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills;
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented approach.
