Business Development Specialist with English – US market

Main Responsibilities:

• Contact and consult leads from the US market, understand their needs, and present suitable business solutions;
• Guide clients through the onboarding, account activation, and adoption process;
• Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for improvement and upselling;
• Manage the client pipeline accurately and support the closing process.
