Corporate Travel Consultant with German (Day shifts)
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist business travelers with booking and managing flights, hotels, trains, and more;
- Provide timely and accurate support before and during travel;
- Handle travel-related inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented way;
- Communicate clearly and confidently via phone and digital channels;
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience.

Your Profile:
- Fluency in German (B2–C1 level) – spoken and written;
- Working level of English (B2 or above);
- Strong communication skills and active listening;
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, airline industry is a plus;
- Experience in a customer support/contact center is an advantage;
- Solid computer and typing skills (MS Office, email tools);
- Organized, analytical, and proactive approach;
- Positive attitude and team spirit;
- High school diploma or higher.
