Claims Operations Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming operational claims from business clients;
- Tracking and reconciling payments data to identify the cause of the reported issues;
- Validating and monitoring transactions, blockchain data, and payment reports;
- Prioritizing cases based on the level of risk and defined SLAs;
- Maintaining accurate and complete documentation for the end-to-end claim lifecycle.

Main Requirements:
- Advanced level of English;
- Experience within fintech or banking environment;
