Claims Operations Specialist

‍

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming operational claims from business clients;
• Tracking and reconciling payments data to identify the cause of the reported issues;
• Validating and monitoring transactions, blockchain data, and payment reports;
• Prioritizing cases based on the level of risk and defined SLAs;
• Maintaining accurate and complete documentation for the end-to-end claim lifecycle.
