VIP Sales & Account Team Lead with German
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee relationship-building strategies to ensure strong, long-term connections with VIP clients;
- Guide the team in assessing client needs and ensuring appropriate solutions are recommended;
- Monitor and analyze overall client activity trends, providing direction on proactive engagement and tailored rewards;
- Review and approve team and player performance assessments for bonus and promotion eligibility;
- Provide coaching and support to team members;
- Report on team KPIs and VIP client outcomes to senior management.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written German (C1 Level);
- Very good level of English (B2/ C1 Level);
- Previous sales or account management experience is mandatory;
- Previpus TL experience is a plus;
- Experience in the development of sales strategy;
- Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a strong passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
