VIP Sales & Account Team Lead with German

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee relationship-building strategies to ensure strong, long-term connections with VIP clients;
  • Guide the team in assessing client needs and ensuring appropriate solutions are recommended;
  • Monitor and analyze overall client activity trends, providing direction on proactive engagement and tailored rewards;
  • Review and approve team and player performance assessments for bonus and promotion eligibility;
  • Provide coaching and support to team members;
  • Report on team KPIs and VIP client outcomes to senior management.

This would be the right role for you if you have:

  • Excellent verbal and written German (C1 Level);
  • Very good level of English (B2/ C1 Level);
  • Previous sales or account management experience is mandatory;
  • Previpus TL experience is a plus;
  • Experience in the development of sales strategy;
  • Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a strong passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
