VIP Account Manager with French / German and English

‍

‍Main responsibilities:‍

• Managing and growing a VIP portfolio, including onboarding new high-potential players, monitoring gaming and deposit behavior, and identifying trends and opportunities;
• Driving player engagement and retention through proactive, personalized communication across phone, email, SMS, and chat to maximize lifetime value;
• Overseeing VIP performance and operations, including preparing activity reports, tracking key engagement and deposit metrics, handling escalations, and managing withdrawal requests;
• Collaborating cross-functionally with CRM teams on tailored campaigns and promotions, while supporting the Team Leader / Operations Manager with operational tasks as needed.

‍Job requirements:‍

• Fluency in French/German;
• Work proficiency in English (B2);
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a VIP Manager in the iGaming industry;
• Solid knowledge of casino games and sports betting;
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift with 24/7 coverage.
