Training Specialist with German and English

‍

Main Responsibilities:

• Conducting introductory trainings for customer support agents on working with clients, process, systems;
• Elaboration of training materials and programs to increase the overall team efficiency;
• Monitoring, evaluating papers and presenting simulations;
• Preparing reports and schedules for trainings.

• Fluency in German and English (C1);
