Customer Support Specialist – Billing & Payments (Dutch and English)

Main Responsibilities:‍

• Assist customers over the phone with questions related to payments, direct debits, and account adjustments within Wmo and Wlz frameworks
• Handle incoming written requests, updating customer information and ensuring all changes are processed accurately
• Maintain a high level of service quality while ensuring precision in all administrative tasks
• Contribute to an efficient and customer-focused working environment

‍Main Requirements:‍

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) with a good level of English
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally
• Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
