Customer Support Specialist – Billing & Payments (Dutch and English)
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist customers over the phone with questions related to payments, direct debits, and account adjustments within Wmo and Wlz frameworks
- Handle incoming written requests, updating customer information and ensuring all changes are processed accurately
- Maintain a high level of service quality while ensuring precision in all administrative tasks
- Contribute to an efficient and customer-focused working environment

Main Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) with a good level of English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally
- Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
