Technical Support with German
- Provide technical support to clients and end-users in English and German via ticketing system, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex cases to senior support staff
- Log and manage support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs
- Create and update documentation in English and German to assist users in resolving common issues independently
- Offer remote assistance to users and perform system troubleshooting as needed
- Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to process improvement efforts
- Collaborate with senior specialists and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues effectively
