Technical Support Specialist with German (B2 level)
Main responsibilities:
- Communicate and consult client via email and phone;
- Resolve technical issues related to the company's products;
- Maintain company's database.

Job requirements:
- Good verbal and written German (B2 Level);

- Previous experience in technical support would be considered as an advantage;
