Team Leader with German

Main responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Analysts and SME's;
• Conduct training sessions and support the ongoing development of team members;
• Be responsible for operational deliverables of the assigned team;
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management and clients;
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and handling escalations.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent command of both German and English language (written and verbal);
• Prior experience in one of the following activities: Order Management, Master Data Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounting / Accounts Payable, Logistic Experience;
• Good listening and comprehension abilities;
• Good interpersonal and issue resolution skills;
• Strong communication, collaboration and coordination skills;
• Should have team handling skills.
