Back Office Coordinator with Italian/ Dutch/ Polish / Greek/ Czech / Slovenian OR Slovak
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient support for the company`s products and services via different channels;
- Verify personal information in line with company procedures;
- Utilize ticketing systems and resolve customer inquiries;
- Build trust and foster long-term client relationships through reliable and empathetic service.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Very good verbal and written Italian/ Dutch/ Polish / Greek/ Czech / Slovenian OR Slovak (C1 Level);
- Very good level of English (B2/C1 Level);
- Experience in a similar area would be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
