They are looking for a B2B Support Specialist with Hungarian, Italian OR French to join their team as it is expanding.

Main Responsibilities:

- Supports business clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone and email;

- Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate users from international companies ;

- Collecting and reviewing application documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations in order to prevent potential risks for the company;

- Focusing on process improvement, identification and development.

- Excellent verbal and written French, Italian ОR Hungarian (C1 Level);
