Your Responsibilities:
• Act as a Brand Support Executive, representing the company’s values and tone of voice in all customer interactions in Croatian via various communication channels;
• Build and maintain strongbrand knowledge, including products, services, and brand guidelines;
• Support customers with orderinquiries, delivery updates, and complaint resolution while ensuring a positivebrand experience;
• Accurately update and managecustomer information in internal systems;
•Ensure high service quality standards and contribute to customer satisfactionand brand loyalty.

What We Expect from You:
• Native-level proficiency in Croatian;
• Good command of English (B2level);

• Ability to work flexibleshifts on-site;
•Previous experience in customer or brand support is an advantage, but notrequired.
