With the expansion of the consumption of their services from German-speaking, their sales team has been expanded and now we are looking for a well-spoken and proactive Team Lead to join them.
Team Lead with German and English
What are you going to do?
- Coordination and support of the sales team by understanding their markets and daily tasks
- Monitoring the performance of individual team members and supporting them in achieving goals
- Optimize processes to ensure the achievement of the team's goals
- Conduct regular reports and 1:1 meetings

What are the main requirements?
- Fluency in German (C1)
- Working level of English (B2)
- Sales experience would be considered an advantage
- Experience in people management is mandatory
