With the expansion of the consumption of their services from German-speaking, their sales team has been expanded and now we are looking for a well-spoken and proactive Team Lead to join them.

What are you going to do?

• Coordination and support of the sales team by understanding their markets and daily tasks
• Monitoring the performance of individual team members and supporting them in achieving goals
• Optimize processes to ensure the achievement of the team's goals
• Conduct regular reports and 1:1 meetings

What are the main requirements?

• Fluency in German (C1)
• Working level of English (B2)
• Sales experience would be considered an advantage
• Experience in people management is mandatory
