Sales Executive with English

Main responsibilities:‍

• Contact and consult inbound leads from the US market, understand their needs, and present suitable business solutions;
• Guide clients through the onboarding, account activation, and adoption process while serving as their main point of contact;
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, monitor account performance, and identify opportunities for growth, upsell, and improvement;
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the client pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and support the sales closing process to achieve revenue targets.

Job requirements:‍

• Fluency in English;
• Previous experience in sales, business development, client success, or another client-facing role;
• Availability to work Monday – Friday aligned with US market hours;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Target-oriented, proactive, and motivated personality.
