Support Agent with Slovenian and English (Part-time)

Main responsibilities:

• Interacting with clients through email, phone and chat to discuss the company's products;
• Build meaningful relationship, answering customers questions in a friendly and professional manner;
• Working closely with internal company departments;
• Managing and updating companies database.

Job requirements:
