-Verify personal information in line with company procedures;Utilize ticketing systems and resolve customer inquiries;

Job requirements:

- Fluency in any of the following languages: Horwegian,Polish,Dutch,Italian, Greek, Irish and Slovenian (C1);

- Working level of English (B2);

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail;

- Ability to work from an office in Sofia on a flexible schedule.
