Senior Account Manager with German
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain close long-term relationships with existing VIP clients;
- Identify VIP clients` needs, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities;
- Monitor client activity to anticipate needs and offer tailored rewards;
- Review player performance for bonus and promotion eligibility;
- Ensure all actions follow relevant regulations and company policies

Main Requirements:
- Fluency in both German and English (C1);
- Previous sales or account management experience (at least 2 years);
- Experience in the development of sales strategy;
