Senior Account Manager with German

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain close long-term relationships with existing VIP clients;
• Identify VIP clients` needs, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities;

• Monitor client activity to anticipate needs and offer tailored rewards;
• Review player performance for bonus and promotion eligibility;
• Ensure all actions follow relevant regulations and company policies

Main Requirements:

• Fluency in both German and English (C1);

• Previous sales or account management experience (at least 2 years);
• Experience in the development of sales strategy;
• Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work within short deadlines and high-dynamic environment.
