In this role, the Sales Team Lead - B2C will:
- Lead, support, and coach team members in their daily tasks and objectives;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with the team to propose and implement various initiatives to optimize departmental operations;
- Actively participate in creating departmental strategy and oversee its execution;
- Utilize a wide range of methods and practices to achieve sales volume targets;
- Build and effectively manage a subordinate team;
- Take responsibility for budget realization and cost optimization;
- Report and closely cooperate with top management of the Group;
- Supervise the circulation of documents and internal information;
- Motivate and encourage team members in their personal development.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Administration, Management, or a related field;
- Essential experience in sales (B2C) and leadership skills;
- Previous experience in team or office management, preferably in a Call Centre or Customer Service field;
- Expertise in business structuring, financial analysis, and management;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
- Genuine passion for collaborative work, team strengthening, efficiency improvement, and implementation of new insights;
- Proficiency in English (B2) and advanced computer skills in MS Office, particularly Excel;
- Strong organizational, planning, and delegation skills;
- Engagement and independence.
