Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Communication: Maintain daily communication with international clients and partners in English.
• ERP System Management: Utilize the Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) ERP system for order processing.
• Documentation & Logistics: Prepare commercial offers and monitor logistics processes.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate information flow between the sales department and production.
• Task Management: Efficiently handle daily tasks within a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English (essential for daily communication abroad).
• Software Experience: Experience with Navision or a similar ERP system is a major advantage.
• Productivity: High productivity with the ability to react quickly and work under pressure.
• Technical Literacy: Experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is considered a plus.
• Organization: Outstanding prioritization skills within a dynamic environment.
