Sales Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Development
- Driving market expansion through the development and execution of sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Leading the presentation and positioning of the company’s product portfolio and services to key accounts, strategic partners, and high-value prospects.
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities, target segments, and growth potential through in-depth market analysis.
- Building, managing, and strengthening long-term, strategic relationships with key clients and business partners.
Sales Leadership & Process Ownership
- Acting as the primary senior point of contact for key clients throughout the entire cooperation lifecycle.
- Leading complex sales processes, including preparation of commercial proposals, high-level negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Managing the full sales cycle—from needs assessment and solution design to deal closure and post-sale relationship management.
- Supporting and mentoring junior sales team members, sharing best practices, and contributing to overall team performance.
- Preparing and presenting detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing complex and high-value deals.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
- High level of autonomy, proactiveness, and analytical thinking.
- Strong relationship-building skills and credibility at senior decision-maker level.
Candidate Requirements
- University degree in a technical or economic field.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a strong advantage.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license – category B.
- Experience in B2B sales; experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or technical solutions is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and complex sales cycles.
