Sales Representative (Renewals) with German and English

‍

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for renewals, up-sells, win-backs, cross-sells and referrals;
• Prepare quotes, book and reconcile orders against contract parameters and proper invoicing;
• Tracking all customer activity from prospect to deal closure;
• Maintain and update information in SalesForce.com.

Job requirements:

• Fluent in German and English;
• Similar experience in contract renewals, sales operations, or account management is a plus;
• Results-driven with strong communication skills;
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel).
