HR Controller with German and English
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver regular HR reports and dashboards;
- Define and monitor key HR metrics such as headcount, new hires, and attrition, ensuring transparency and reliability;
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide data-based recommendations to support business needs;
- Improve reporting frameworks with a focus on automation, efficiency, and innovation;
- Analyze and maintain data on absences, flextime balances, and vacation accruals;
- Prepare salary increase budgets, calculate severance payments, and run simulations for retirement and pension schemes;
- Manage organizational structures by creating and updating cost centers and positions;
- Test and implement new system features and extensions;

This would be the right role for you if you:
- Have excellent verbal and written German (C1 Level);
- Good English level (B1/B2 Level);
- At least 2 years of experience in the HR field;
- Experience with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors will be considered an advantage.
