Bilingual Customer Experience Consultant with German– iGaming & Sports

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email regarding website bonuses, products, and services;
• Resolve functional issues and escalate cases to Level 2 support when needed;
• Support and manage customer accounts;
• Maintain and update the customer database.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of German (C1);
