                                                                                             E-commerce Inventory Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability
• Analyze sales data, trends, and customer behavior to improve inventory planning
• Prevent out-of-stock and overstock situations through proactive planning
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchase orders and delivery schedules
• Adjust inventory strategies based on promotions, campaigns, and seasonality
• Collaborate with internal teams to align forecasts with business objectives
• Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to management
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in e-commerce, inventory planning, or supply chain is an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
