About the Role:
Are you a highly organized professional with a passion for client relations and a drive for business growth? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Administration and Business Development Specialist to join the team of our client.
In this dual-focus role, you will be the backbone of their sales operations—managing crucial administrative tasks while actively supporting their market expansion and client acquisition initiatives. You will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Administration: Prepare professional commercial quotations, process incoming customer orders, and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records.
- Business Development Support: Assist in identifying new market opportunities, research potential clients, and support the execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Client Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for daily customer inquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate follow-up.
- Reporting & Analysis: Organize sales documentation and generate comprehensive sales and management reports to track performance.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with management and internal departments to optimize workflow, resolve daily operational challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
- Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Commercial Acumen: Previous experience in sales administration, business development, or a related commercial role is highly advantageous.
- Tech-Savvy Skills: Proficiency in working with CRM systems, advanced spreadsheets (Excel), and standard office software.
- Organizational Excellence: Outstanding time-management skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in both Bulgarian and English (written and spoken).
- Education: A university degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is considered a strong plus.
