Remote Tech Support with German (Monday - Friday)
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 technical support for B2B customers via chat, email, or other channels.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, routers, MS Office products, and other software.
- Troubleshoot VPN, email, login, and application navigation issues.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of hardware/software used by clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (minimum B2/C1 level).
- A good command of English (B1/B2 level).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Windows OS, and internet applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
- High school diploma or higher.
