Key Players Support with German and English (iGaming)

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from key players on the platform
• Analyze and monitor user behavior patterns
• Present company products and services to current and potential VIP players
• Create personalized bonuses and offers based on clients’ needs
• Collaborate closely with the KYC and Risk departments
