People Operations Specialist with German and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative procedures for the whole employee lifecycle;
- Maintaining and updating employee information in HR systems;
- Coordinating processes such as transfers, promotions, training, and performance evaluations;
- Assisting with payroll processing and managing employee benefits;
- Analyzing and suggesting improvements to employee management procedures.

Main Requirements:
- Excellent command in German and English;
- 1 year of experience in a relevant position;
