Remote Coordinator with German / French / Italian and English
Main responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and chat ;
 - Consult clients about the products;
 - Analyze and update information from the company`s database.

Job requirements:
- Working level of German / French / Italian and English (B1/2);
 - Previous experience as a Customer Support Agent would be considered as an advantage;
