Main responsibilities:

‍

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value players;
• Track the gaming activity, lifetime value, and engagement of valuable player;
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
• Demonstrating strategic planning approach to identify, target, and penetrate clients with needs appropriate to the company's services;
• Utilize the CRM system to ensure that each player receives targeted bonuses or promotions;
• Stay informed about changes in regulations that may impact high player segment.

‍Requirements:

‍

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Fluent in Danish;
• Good level of English - B2;
• Previous experience in Outsourcing industry - Customer Support or Sales related role.
