Player Engagement Specialist with Danish and English
Main responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value players;
- Track the gaming activity, lifetime value, and engagement of valuable player;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
- Demonstrating strategic planning approach to identify, target, and penetrate clients with needs appropriate to the company's services;
- Utilize the CRM system to ensure that each player receives targeted bonuses or promotions;
- Stay informed about changes in regulations that may impact high player segment.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Fluent in Danish;
- Good level of English - B2;
- Previous experience in Outsourcing industry - Customer Support or Sales related role.
