Office Manager with English

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the administrative team;
  • Dealing with internal and external correspondence;
  • Schedule meetings and appointments; book flight tickets, restaurants e.t.c.;
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment;
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs;
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
