Main responsibilites:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and transport carriers (via phone, email, and text);
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries;
• Manage dispatch operations and track shipments in real time.;

Job requirments:

• Excellent verbal and written English (B2 and above);
• Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or logistics is a plus, but not mandatory;
• Available to work afternoons to late evenings;
• To be able to work from an office in Sofia.;
