Our client is one of the fastest-growing manufacturing companies in the machine-building sector.

For them we are looking for a motivated specialist to hire in the role of:

Office Manager

Primary functions and tasks:

  • Make inquiries
  • Organizing and keeping track of incoming offers
  • Issuing outgoing PO for materials and services and keeping a list of them.
  • Ordering materials and consumables
  • Keeping an archive and a list of all invoices, incoming offers. Keeping track of all purchases, proformas and orders
  • Processing of invoices and sending them to accounting
  • Preparing reports
  • Receive orders from our partners and relay them to our subcontractors. Follow up with the orders and make sure that they arrive on time.
  • Arrange for the delivery of all types of office supplies
  • Organizing delivery notes
  • Making inquiries for transport and arranging all types of related tasks
  • Keep an archive of all CMRs in the server and a physical archive by year of the documents.
  • Issuing of outgoing offers
  • Processing of incoming PO
  • Keeping an archive and a list of all invoices; outgoing offers.
  • Preparing reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar     position – two year as a minimum
  • Very good English – verbal,     reading and writing
  • Very good computer skills – MS     office
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent organizational skills
