Our client is an international company providing accounting and HR services to corporate clients. Due to the upcoming maternity leave of one of their key employees, we are looking for a:
Lease Administrator with German and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing agreements for services and products through out their full lifecycle
- Activate contracts in line with SLA and SOP requirements
- Validate and maintain accurate data related toclients, payments, and invoices, ensuring correct entries in the system
- Coordinate client inquiries, contract amendments, and resolve issues arising from lease agreements
- Ensure compliance with the company’s internal policies and regional regulatory requirements

Main Requirements:
- Excellent command of German
- Working level of English
- Proficiency in working with specialized software and ERP systems
- +1 year of experience in a similar administrative role or related field
