Level 1 Technical Support with English

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced Hardware, Software, and Network problem diagnosis resolution to customers and end-users;
  • Perform High-level technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving, analyze system logs, and perform remote troubleshooting;
  • Maintain thorough documentation of troubleshooting steps, issue resolutions, and customer interactions to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve support efficiency;
  • Consistently achieve client KPIs and actively participate in the improvement of the existing client Knowledge Database;

  • Have excellent verbal and written English (C1/C2 Level);
