L1 Technical Support Specialist

Main responsibilities:

  • Communicating with corporate clients regarding the company’s products via phone, chat, and email;
  • Resolving technical issues related to the use of the company’s products;
  • Escalating cases and offering alternative solutions when necessary;
  • Offer and practice troubleshooting.
