Game Support Representative with German / Italian / Hebrew / English

Main responsibilities:

• Consult clients about the products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
• Inform clients of any upcoming promotions, regulation changes and requirements;
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

Job requirements:
