Non-Voice Customer Support Consultant with German and English (Office Varna)

Main responsibilities:‍

• Support customers through chat and email channels;
• Deliver clear, precise information and handle their questions;
• Record all customer interactions in the CRM system;
• Forward more complicated issues to the appropriate expert teams;
• Navigate and work effectively within various internal systems.
