Non-Voice Customer Support Consultant with German and English (Office Varna)
Main responsibilities:
- Support customers through chat and email channels;
- Deliver clear, precise information and handle their questions;
- Record all customer interactions in the CRM system;
- Forward more complicated issues to the appropriate expert teams;
- Navigate and work effectively within various internal systems.

Job requirements:
- Fluent German language;
- Very good English B2;
- Good communication and writing skills;
