FX Trading Lead

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Business Development Specialists and Executives;
• Oversee execution in line with business objectives, supporting the company's profitability;
• Provide strategic guidance on FX hedging, lending, and cash management solutions to optimize client risk management;
• Promote revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling initiatives;
• Participate in the selection and interviewing of the new team members.
