FX Sales Team Leader
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Client Portfolio Managers, ensuring high-quality of service;
- Oversee execution in line with business objectives, supporting the company's profitability;
- Provide strategic guidance on FX hedging, lending, and cash management solutions to optimize client risk management;
- Promote revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling initiatives;
- Participate in the selection and interviewing of the new team members.

Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English;
- B2B Forex experience is mandatory;
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a people management role;
- Strong financial knowledge;
