FX Sales Team Leader

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Client Portfolio Managers, ensuring high-quality of service;
• Oversee execution in line with business objectives, supporting the company's profitability;
• Provide strategic guidance on FX hedging, lending, and cash management solutions to optimize client risk management;
• Promote revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling initiatives;
• Participate in the selection and interviewing of the new team members.

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in English;
• B2B Forex experience is mandatory;
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a people management role;
• Strong financial knowledge;
