Our partner is an international outsourcing company. As their team is expanding, we are currently seeking motivated specialists to join their dynamic, multilingual team in the role of: English Speaking Customer Support
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries related to the company’s products and services;
- Communicating with clients in English over the phone;
- Maintaining and updating the customer database.

Requirements for the position:
- Very good command of English (at least B2 level);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Availability to work on shifts;
- Ability to work from an office in Sofia.
