E-commerce Support Specialist with Dutch & English
The position is suitable for candidates with no previous professional experience, as full paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process and track customer orders, refunds, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Provide product information and recommendations
