Key Responsibilities:
• Communicating with customers via phone and email and providing professionalsupport;
• Processing and tracking customer orders using specialized software;
• Assisting with inquiries, cases, and complaints;
• Providing accurate and timely information about products and services;
• Maintaining and updating the product catalog;
• Keeping a high level of knowledge about the company’s products and services.
