Customer Experience Specialist (Returns & Warranty Support)
The position focuses on supporting customers and business partners throughout the product returns and warranty process while ensuring smooth administrative coordination and excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review, approve, and process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests and prepare related estimates;
- Assist end users and business partners with warranty claim procedures and provide guidance throughout the process;
- Coordinate shipping documentation, including issuing shipping labels when required;
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services;
- Provide information regarding authorized distributors and product availability;
- Manage stock return procedures, including returns through e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills;
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities;
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role;
- Experience working with SAP, SAGE, or other ERP/order processing systems will be considered an advantage;
- Good command of English.
