Customer Support Marketing Platform with Dutch (Relocation Package)
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing marketing campaigns for new and existing businesses;
- Supporting clients with inquiries about the platform and its products;
- Implementing and monitoring digital campaigns;
- Providing feedback and recommendations on the campaigns;
- Identifying campaigns and market trends;
- Proven knowledge of business objectives;
- Creating online marketing strategies.

Job requirements:
- Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level);
- Previous experience in sales (call center, shared service center, etc.) or marketing;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer service-oriented attitude;
- Preference for working in a sales and people-oriented environment.
