Customer Support Agent with German / Dutch / Finnish or French

Main responsibilities:

• Communicate withclients via various channels;
• Consult clients about the company's products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
• Keeping cases up to date, by logging information about every interaction in the system.

• Fluency in German / Dutch / Finnish or French;
• Working level of English;
