Tasks:
- Supporting customers via various channels (incoming calls and messages)
- Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries
- Passing on information about administrative and technical inquiries (products, invoices, etc.)
- Making changes to the system
Profile:
- Fluent Dutch (C1-C2) and good English skills (B2-C1)
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work from the office in Athens
