Client Assistance Agent with English (HYBRID)
Main Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer concerns and offering the most effective solution
- Delivering customer assistance over the phone (only inbound calls);
- Solving issues while maintaining exceptional service and product standards for company customers.
The client offers:

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written English (C1 Level);
- Previous experience in customer support positions will be an advantage.
